Returns and Replacements

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. 

We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are very happy to help you choose a replacement item or offer a full refund.

We refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

After 14 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.

How To Return An Item

You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. It is very important when you return an item that you include your invoice. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.

If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

Please note packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

Refund Payment

Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.
