Description of herb

Nodding wintergreen (Orthilia sekunda) - a perennial, 10 to 30 cm tall herb, growing steadily over the Ural to Kamchatka and Japan, isolated in the mountains of Central Asia, Tibet and the Caucasus. It is part of a herbaceous palm tree, along with conifers in damp dark places and wetlands. Nodding wintergreen is classified among endangered species.

The popular name Mountain Uterus indicates that it is a woman's herb and that is why it is used.

Preparation and dosing


Preparation : One teaspoon of dried leaves and shoots pour 300 ml boiling water and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Dosing : Drink 1/3 of the dose three times a day before eating.



Put one tablespoon of herb in 4 dcl of boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes. Then pass over and pour into the bath.
